Nothing but the vast sea of flowers to keep him company as e lay there in his hospital bed. It was quiet, only the steady beat of the heart monitor broke the silence. Blitzø wasn't texting him back. Laying on his side, the great owl stared off at nothing in particular as he stewed in his thoughts. Where did things start to go wrong? For the first time he felt he was truly in danger. Him. A goetia. Truly, he is indebted to Blitzø's employees for coming to his aid. There was a brief moment he thought he was going to die. And yet... he still held on hope that Blitzø would show up. Come pull him out of the fire like he had before. But, he never showed.
He...he must be busy. He did mention over their call that he had appointment with Loona. Staying healthy is important! Yeah... that was it. A-and besides, he never was one for texting. Maybe if he keep feeding himself these lines that he could convince himself they where true..... He wanted to see him.
It took a moment for his mind to stop racing and his thoughts fell on Via. He should message her. Tell her what happened. Sooner or later, news of his injuries would make it back to her through the media. Best if she heard it from him first. Just as he was about to roll over to summon his phone to him there was a loud thump of something hitting the floor. What the? His eyes fluttered seeing the familiar shape sprawled out on the cold tile floor.
"B-Blitz?" Stolas's voice was horse. Oh shit! How did he look? Was he still crying? Did it show in his eyes? Fuck he probably looked like hot garbage. Taking a moment to collect himself, he rolled onto his back, trying to make himself look as presentable as possible. "Do you always make a habit of falling out of windows?"
